Standard and student registration fee include:
- welcome cocktail, 3 lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner
- access and support for the poster sessions
- assistance before and during the conference
- access to workshops
- access to all conference sessions, plenary and invited lectures
- all conference materials
- internet access during the conference
- the right of submitting maximum 2 scientific works for the special issues of JTAC.

Accompanying registration fee includes:

All STANDARD FEEs for participants from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo are reduced for 150 EUR
(A1R = 300 €, A2R=350 €, A3R=400 €).
All STUDENT FEEs for participants from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo are reduced for 100 EUR
(B1R = 200 €, B2R=225 €, B3R=250 €).

Please make sure the full name of the participant to whom the registration corresponds, is written on the deposit receipt. Also state the full name, address and VAT number of the payer.

In general, there are no refunds or returns for payments performed for the ESTAC14 except for medical and unexpected emergency conditions. In those cases, the refund will be done excepting 100 euro that will be kept for inherent expenses.

ON THE SPOT PAYMENT
Payment may be done on arriving at the Conference Venue in cash (only in € currency). Please ask for the instructions at the Registration Desk.
Confirmation
A letter of confirmation will be sent by e-mail to each participant as soon as the registration form and payment are received by the conference secretariat.
