Abstract (up to 300 words) in English is to be sent via this online application and submission form until July 1, 2026. Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent by July 15, 2026.
Each registered participant (except the accompanying persons) is welcomed to submit and present maximum 2 works.

The first abstract should be saved as 1_presentingauthorname_surname.docx and the second abstract should be saved as 2_presentingauthorname_surname.docx (example: 1_john_smith.docx, 2_maria_garcia.docx).
The Organizing Committee will decide on abstract acceptance. Some authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work orally.
Instructions for poster presentation:
- Poster dimensions: 70×100 cm (width × length)
- Make sure the poster text is readable from 2 m distance
- Put the logo of ESTAC14 (download logo for lighter backgrounds or for darker backgrounds)
Instructions for oral speakers for PowerPoint presentation:
- Official language of ESTAC14 is English.
- The duration of the lecture needs to be adjusted according to the program time schedule (40+5 min for plenary, 25+5 min for invited lectures, 15+5 min for oral presentations, after each lecture 5 min is scheduled for questions). We kindly ask the lecturers to stick to the scheduled time.

When submitting the form, a copy of the entered information will be automatically sent to your e-mail address, which will also indicate a successful registration. If you do not receive a copy of the form after 30 minutes, please check your SPAM folder or contact us directly at estac14@ktf-split.hr.

Please make sure the full name of the participant to whom the registration corresponds, is written on the deposit receipt. Also state the full name, address and VAT number of the payer.

In general, there are no refunds or returns for payments performed for the ESTAC14 except for medical and unexpected emergency conditions. In those cases, the refund will be done excepting 100 euro that will be kept for inherent expenses.
